Annette Graw, Realtor, Licensed Broker, GRI, has been serving the real estate needs of California's South Bay since 1974, earned her Broker's license in 1977, and has management experience since 1979.

Annette was the founding Broker of South Bay Brokers, Inc. in 1985. In 2003 she received the prestigious distinction and was chosen as the Distinguished Realtor of the California Association of REALTORS, an award given on to only one person per year, for outstanding contributions to organized real estate at the local, state and federal levels. In 2016, Annette was named a REALTOR EMERITUS for the National Association of REALTORS, for her over 40 years of service at the local, state, and national level.
